Jury Rules In Favor Of School System In Bullying Suit

Parents Had Sued System For $1.3 Million

BALTIMORE -- A couple who filed a $1.3 million school bullying lawsuit against the Baltimore City Schools system lost their case.

A jury received the case Wednesday afternoon and decided Thursday morning that the district is not negligent.

Shawna Sullivan and her husband, Eddie, claimed school officials did nothing to protect their children from bullying and harassment.
