Georgetown Woman Dies From Injuries Sustained In Accident

Georgetown, DE- The Georgetown, DE woman who was injured after a vehicle struck her home in late October has died as a result of her injuries.

Star Vanvorst, 49, was pronounced dead at the Beebe Medical Center at approximately 12:05 p.m. on Monday, November 7, 2011 after she had been transported there after collapsing at her family physician’s office earlier in the day. Her body was turned over to the Office of Chief Medical Examiner who determined the exact cause and manner of her death.
