The parents of 10-month-old Lisa Irwin, missing since Monday, have stopped cooperating with authorities, according to police.
"The mother and father no longer want to talk to detectives," Kansas City, Mo., police Capt. Steve Young said. "From an investigative standpoint, we enjoyed their cooperation so far. [It] has been very beneficial to the case. But yeah, you can imagine it doesn't help the case" that the cooperation has ended.

Why would parents stop talking to authorities in a case like this unless they are part of the problem. I would never stop talking to authorities until my baby was found.
10:44am most likely because the police have done what they ALWAYS do. When their leads turn cold they start accusing the parents. I agree with you it would be hard to not talk with them in light of a loved one being kidnapped or not in their immediate care however our law enforcement people have a knack for false accusations in situations like this. There comes a point in time when you just can't keep feeding information to them because they start trying to use the information against you. If they have legal council they probably advised them to end the interviews.
