Occupy Wall Street: The Coordinated Promotion Continues

Confronting the Malefactors ... There's something happening here. What it is ain't exactly clear, but we may, at long last, be seeing the rise of a popular movement that, unlike the Tea Party, is angry at the right people ... When the Occupy Wall Street protests began three weeks ago, most news organizations were derisive if they deigned to mention the events at all. For example, nine days into the protests, National Public Radio had provided no coverage whatsoever. It is, therefore, a testament to the passion of those involved that the protests not only continued but grew, eventually becoming too big to ignore. With unions and a growing number of Democrats now expressing at least qualified support for the protesters, Occupy Wall Street is starting to look like an important event that might even eventually be seen as a turning point. – New York Times / Paul Krugman (left)

9 out of 10 protesters at this rally have no idea why they are there or what they're protesting. Paul Krugman is notorious as a far-left fruitcake.

How would you know Rick? Sitting on your sofa you have magically figured it all out?

lol. you guys are really funny, seriously. It would be easy to call you stupid but I won't. If anyone still doesn't have an idea what this is all about, they are beyond that. No point wasting time.

11:38, REALLY. just announced on t.v.; seiu and other liberal, socialists groups paying many of these people to be there. it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what's happening here. go to the blaze.com and see "professor pivens" statements. young man please don't post on here unless you know what you're talking about. you have proven yourself over and over to be so very ill-informed. with all the "truth" available in the news and on the internet; there's no excuse for you to be ignorant on these timely issues...... i just know there is still hope for you.

Actually, while sitting at my desk, working my ass off I've figured it out.

Either you are happy that the Federal Reserve is a scam and a cancer and that Wall Street bankers and investment firms have robbed the American people into the poor house and have been aided by their former cohorts who now occupy extremely important decision making positions in the government (who do YOU think they want to help? YOU? LOL!), OR, you are fed up with the circle jerk ripoffs and scams done by the thieves and cheats. Pick one.

If Imclain could structure a rational thought it might be entertaining to debate him. Some friendly advice; it's all about the syntax.

They are just a left wing version of the teabaggers. Does not make them better thought...perhaps a little more educated though.

How about going to school and working hard so that one day you may have a nice job on wall street? Goes for left right wing nuts.

You people have no idea how good you have it in this country.

Really? Which tv show was that, comedy central? Seems to me I am about the only one who knows what it is all about, or they are being silent. I have yet to see a coherent thought on it. Insults and ridicule don't count, especially when you don't produce any facts to back it up.

Actually, while sitting at my desk, working my ass off I've figured it out.

You must not be needed at your job if you can waste all that time it surely must have taken you.

Tell the whole story 12:26 PM. This is in DC by some whacko concerning rent control. It's not NY, and it's not what the protests are about. You really need to comprehend what you read and watch on t.v.

A liberal organizer told the Daily Caller on Thursday afternoon that he paid some Hispanics to attend “Occupy DC” protests happening in the nation’s capital. …
One group of about ten Hispanic protesters marched behind a Caucasian individual from the DC Tenants Advocacy Coalition, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting rent control in Washington, D.C.
Asked why they were there, some Hispanic protesters holding up English protest signs could not articulate what their signs said.

wow...ricky....I didn't mean to strain your thought process with a long compound sentence, but the syntactic structure is fine. There were two options presented. And here's something else to consider and I'll go slow for you. A WHOLE LOT of hard working people think that the protesters are not only exercising their Constitutional rights, but are correct, too. I also notice that you didn't challenge the statement, but, instead, ridiculed the messenger-- a tactic usually used by those who have no factual or logical argument they can use in refutation. Rick. How's my syntax, baby?
