An Arizona man has filed a federal lawsuit against some of the state's top judges, claiming they're taking away his freedom of speech and right to own firearms, all because someone didn't like what he wrote on his blog.
"You can't suspend someone's constitutional rights [for blogging]," said Mike Palmer, who is bringing forth the legal action. "Everybody in America blogs or Twitters, so it's a First and Second Amendment issue."
The scenario started when Palmer, a 55-year-old Christian missionary from Phoenix, was online discussing "spiritual death" often referred to in the Bible.

he better be careful, they may just take him out with one of those drone strikes. you have no rights anymore! hell the government isn't even gonna bother reading you your rights! All they need is a couple of government lawyers to say it's ok!
NO, they will blow up his car and say it was a gas leak...
Oh lord. Here come the nuts
4:31 appears to me the nuts are in charge!
Yeah, 4:31..."if you're not doing anything wrong, why worry about your "rights", huh? REAL nut cases, like Thomas Paine, Alexander Hamilton, John Adams, etc, are on YOUR side. Oh yes, I'm sorry, they're not. Its not nuts, except defined by sheeple like yourself, to insist that the Bill of Rights actually MEANS something to the government any more, even if you are perfectly willing to surrender them. Just PLEASE don't be so quick to give them up for the rest of us.

Watch out! The sky is falling too. smh
9:44....lol...when the facts can't be argued, resort to ridicule....and your effort at THAT was lame, too. The government finds new ways every day to come up with reasons to restrict the citizens' 2nd amendment rights. Thats a fact. You are either terribly uninformed, or ready to surrender. Maybe both.
