Seaford, DE- The Delaware State Police are asking the public’s help in locating a Seaford sex offender after he failed to register a change in address as required by law.
Investigators have obtained a warrant charging Mills C. Sample with one count of Failure to Report a Change of Address. Sample is a High Risk Tier 3 sex offender and as such he is required to report any change in his address. Sample is described as being 5”08” tall and 250 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes.
Investigators are asking anyone who may know the location of Mills C. Sample to contact Troop 4 at 302-856-5850. Citizens may also provide a tip by texting keyword “DSP” plus your message to 274637 (CRIMES). Tipsters may also provide information through lines maintained by Delaware Crime Stoppers at (800) TIP-3333. Callers can also submit information via the internet at www.tipsubmit.com.

This stuff BLOWS my mind. We have killers / spousal abusers who continue to Kill and Abuse and run from the Law and where to we read where they are being posted to be on watch for on internet and site like this. BUT OH NO be a sex offender and your picture is everywhere and you are forever hunted down..But kill and or abuse youe spouse and it's okay...WHERE is this world going ??? Or better yet..beat a freak and go to Jail..but beat your spouse and get a slap on the hand...
