You're right, 4:47 and you'll receive the same fear and punishment you dished out, all due to your inability to express yourself intelligently.
We have made efforts to offer a $100 reward with no success.
I don't care what their reasons were. If they had a problem with the person or had something to say they could say it to the face. No one but punks vandalizes a car. They try to act tough but are scared to 1) get caught and 2) voice their opinion to the persons FACE. What they did isn't right.
