Isn't This The Same As Graffiti?

When a local business owner has a bunch of kids patronizing his business and those kids possibly take these stickers and place them on the fronts of local businesses illegally, as well as structures like light poles and power boxes, should the business owner be held responsible?

John Robinson always seems to take the I'm innocent route in whatever he does but now the Downtown Plaza is subjected to his new stickers all over the Downtown area.

To me, it's no different from graffiti and he should be warning his customers to stop and or local law enforcement should start writing citations for this illegal activity.

Funny thing is, if Joe Albero or SBYNews had our stickers all over buildings and structures Downtown, I'd get arrested, fined or sued. Think about that first before you comment.

Since there are no persons in the background as further proof that no one goes downtown these days, aren't the stickers a waste?

PS you would be pilloried if SBYNews stickers were put about.

The person or persons who put the labels or stickers on are the guilty ones. They are liable not the proprietor who sold them.
The reason you were arrested , they don't like you. America has changed , Obama said we needed it.
You ain't seen nothin yet!
You wait till the stocks bottom out.

Yes he should be held accountable! That guy always skates bye.

Lets see what the new police chief does about this guy. I know his kid got in trouble for driving that illegal scooter. It is graffiti and he should be held accountable. Clean it up Robinson.

And by the mentality of the posters on this and other threads, I think he has gotten his 14 year old friends to post on here.
