I see these up to the Dover races every year. By now people should know if you are drinking and operating anything, a car, truck, riding lawnmower, a bicycle or even a cooler with a motor you can get a DUI on it. Duh!!
It just goes to show you --- the police, no matter what country they are in, are pretty damn stupid. Is there a charge for weed-whacking the grass in your yard while intoxicated? Bet there is...I'm gonna be guilty in about an hour...
7:31 He was operating a motorized vehicle. A weed eater is not a vehicle. When intoxicated on a vehicle you can cause traffic accidents by being intoxicated. I suppose if he had been killed you would think the cops were stupid for not giving him a DUI. He got what he deserved plain and simple. A 50cc engine can carry you about 35 mph. Thats fast enough to get killed.

Still bet u dumb cops would bust him for being drunk in public, even in his own yard.
Some of you need to get what you deserve.
