Could O'Malley's latest Growth Plan Imposed on Counties Possibly Spur Secession Move?
Taxation without representation - is at the core issue in O'Malley's latest growth plan.
People are skeptical of O'Malley - and for good reason. If the State imposes its will over Counties right to self-determination - Counties have right to secede.
This could very well be the impetus needed to drive such move as the individual Counties have no 'stake at the table' in determining their future.
