BEL AIR, Md. (AP) -- The Harford County State's Attorney's office says a child psychologist has pleaded guilty to charges of abusing three young patients.
David Schrumpf entered the pleas Monday, admitting guilt to one count of child sex abuse and two counts of second degree assault.
