Suspect:

  : On 10 July 2011 at 12:35 AM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office

responded to a residence in the 700 block of Olivia Street for a reported altercation. On scene, the deputy

met with a female victim that told the deputy she was involved in a verbal altercation with her boyfriend,

Robert Brown that turned physical. According to the victim, Brown struck her in the head which left an

obvious knot on her forehead.

The deputy placed Brown under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was

processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the

Commissioner released Brown on Personal Recognizance.

Suspect:

  : On 10 July 2011 at 11:09 PM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office

responded for a report of a subject in a cornfield adjacent to Parker Road who was believed to be

tampering with the field’s irrigation system. Upon arrival, the deputy drove back on an access r

came upon Thomas Wood engaged in the process of dismantling the metal irrigation pipes. The deputy

determined that Wood intended to steal the pipes and sell them for their scrap metal value.

The deputy placed Wood under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was

processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the

Commissioner released Wood on Personal Recognizance.
