On May 8, 2011 a Worcester County Sheriff’s Office Deputy observed a motorcycle traveling at 76 miles per hour in a 50 mile per hour zone. On route twelve in southern Worcester County. The driver of the motorcycle accelerated to nearly 100 miles per hour. The Deputy attempted to stop the driver of the motorcycle, later identified as, Clifton Tyler Ebron, 22 years of age from Seaford Delaware, Mr. Ebron continued to attempt to elude the Deputy. Mr. Ebron eventually encountered a slow moving vehicle on a curve which allowed the Deputy to catch up to him. The slow moving vehicle came to a stop in the road way because there was no shoulder to move to, to yield for the Deputy. The motor cycle had no choice but to stop. Mr. Ebron was charged with fleeing and eluding police, reckless driving, negligent driving, and speeding. Mr. Ebron was released pending court.

How much you wanna bet this is the same Home-Boy the other week hauling ass on the Motor cycle eluding the cops on those 100 miles per hour rides?
Remember that one Joe Posted?
He runs from the police and he is released pending court? WTF?
Yea 12:57 and the lady that slapped her 13 year old son get $100,000.00 bond. Wow got to love justice.
Too bad he got caught. It would be better had he gotten away and wrecked into a telephone pole. Another wanna be thug on a crotch rocket!
Very interesting article and comments, sad part is the article is not accurate and quite embelished. An eyewitness can vouch for the fact that Mr. Ebron did not elude the police but stopped as soon as the policeman turned his lights on. Was he speeding yes but he was not arrested and was not running. It's a sad world when people would prefer to see a person hurt (wrecked into a telephone pole according to one blog) instead of ticketed. Hopefully everyone will be equally as interested in the truth when it comes out.

Your comment about it being a sad world is right on. However, this was a press release from the Worcester Sheriff's office. I have a hard time believing that they would issue a release stating that someone was arrested when they weren't.
No where in there does it say he was arrested. All it says is he was released...
