Narrative
a subject later identified as Sara Lee, standing in the middle of the road on Northwood Drive waving her
hands and stumbling. The deputy observed that vehicular traffic had to take evasive measures to keep
from striking Lee. Upon making contact with Lee, the deputy discovered she appeared intoxicated to the
point she was having trouble standing up. Lee repeatedly tried to walk away from the deputy and flag
down passing motorists for a ride.
The deputy placed Lee under arrest for disrupting the free flow of traffic and acting disorderly. Lee was
transported to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court
Commissioner. After an initial appearance, Lee was released on personal recognizance.

Narrative
responded to a reported domestic altercation inside a residence in the 500 block of Swan Road in
Salisbury. Upon arrival, the deputy made contact with a male subject, David Robinson, who the deputy
heard yelling from inside the house and eventually heard Robinson yell expletives through the door at the
deputy while he refused to let him enter the residence. Because of the nature of the call and the demeanor
of Robinson, the deputy took steps which enabled him to enter the residence using the front door.
Robinson’s actions also created a disturbance in the neighborhood, evident by neighbors turning on
interior lights in their residence as they were disturbed in their sleep. When the deputy made contact with
Robinson, he discovered Robinson was highly intoxicated.
The deputy placed Robinson under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was
processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the
Commissioner released Robinson on Personal Recognizance.

Maybe the police or liquor inspector should check into Lacey's sports bar, for continuing to feed her booze after she was obviously intoxicated which is against the law. Then they allowed her to walk out. Lucky she was not struck and killed.
