A showdown is in the works over an anti-patdown law, which the Texas House of Representatives recently approved by a unanimous vote. The government warns that passage of the law could cause the TSA to "cancel any flight" where it couldn't ensure passenger safety. Texas legislators say the rule is needed because existing laws "let government employees fondle innocent women, children and men."

the answer is profiling if 80% of the hijackers are Australian Presbyterian ministers, then 80% of those who are patted down should be Australian Presbyterian ministers.
But profiling would "offend" somebody & God forbid we do that. That would make too much sense.

this only shows that Texas is the one state with a set of balls ....it also shows that the TSA must go they have yet to find or stop anything and all they do is slow doen and harass travelers
