There are deals to be had in OC but once you factor in high property taxes and high HOA fees + increased home insurance it is not such a great deal after all.
for buyers who habe planned on buying vacation homes and are ready amd able yo fork out the money to carry them..the timing couldnt be better..we bought one and are well under what are neighbors paid for theirs a few years back
Great Deals, but I would not do business with this group, that is for sure.
