Troopers Attempting To Locate Escapee

Suspect: 
 
-Tarail L. McDuffie, 15, 2600 block of N. West Street, Wilmington, DE
 
5’05” tall, 125 lbs, black hair, brown eyes
 
Charges:
 
-Escape after Conviction (warrants on file)

Wilmington- The Delaware State Police are currently searching for an inmate of the Moulds Cottage who failed to return after a weekend pass yesterday.
 
Troopers are asking the publics assistance in locating Tarail L. McDuffie, 15, who failed to return to the Moulds Cottage located on the grounds of the New Castle County Detention Center in the 1800 block of Faulkland Road, Wilmington after being granted a weekend pass. McDuffie was permitted to leave the grounds on Friday, May 27, 2011 and was to return on Sunday, May 29, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. McDuffie is currently serving a 90 day sentence on a burglary conviction. Detectives have obtained warrants on Tarail McDuffie charging him with one count of Escape after Conviction.
 
Anyone who may know the location of Tarail L. McDuffie is asked to contact detectives at Troop 2 at 302-834-2630 ext. 0.  Citizens may also provide a tip by texting keyword “DSP” plus your message to 274637 (CRIMES).  Tipsters may also provide information through lines maintained by Delaware Crime Stoppers at (800) TIP-3333. Weekend pass. What kinda jail sentence is that. Delaware has some messed up laws. Sure I will come back to jail before the holiday weekend is over.

They have air conditioned cells, Cable TV and get to watch porn flicks, play ball all day and night, get pizza delivery on Fridays at tax payer's expense, and the list goes on.

Jail is just an extension of the Welfare system; 3 hots and a cot!

Not bad for breaking the law huh?
