My son said it was a carbon-monoxide leak and two teachers passed out and one was throwing up. Now that is what was being told around school so if anybody else had heard the same thing let us know.
Absolute overkill on the part of the leadership of the Salisbury Fire Department!!
Acutally several teachers were sent to the emergency room early this morning. School wasn't evacuated until several hours later.
Yes, several teachers were sent to emergency room but not sent, they went on there own. If anyone is to blame it is the administration. They were made aware of this situation early in the morning and did nothing. If anyone is to blame for the mess it became it is the administration of WMS.
I think the local Fire Dept., Police Dept. and all others involved did an amazing job. Thank you for protecting our teachers and students.
I heard the call came from the local emergency dept. because so many teachers from WMS were coming there with monoxide poisining. I would like to know why the administration did not make the call if they knew about it???
