BREAKING NEWS: Personal Spending, Income Rise In April
Personal spending rose 0.4% in April, just shy of economists' 0.5% estimate, while personal income rose 0.4%, in line with estimates. Editors Notes: Are you buying it?

whose personal income rose last month. as far as spending it certainly cost a lot more last month for gas and groceries so the amount spent is more. how much longer are these folks going to try and tell us that we are in a recovery????
April? That is about when everyone gets their refund checks back. You know the people that don't pay much in taxes but get huge refunds. I wonder if the electronic store saw the most increase in sales.
So how long have we been using this data to measure the economy? All of a sudden any data supporting doom and gloom is good, but positive data is to be scrutinized?
