Kennel Club Charitable Dog Walk A Success!

Thanks to the participation of the many area dog owners who walked with their dogs to raise money for the purchase of a canine bullet/stab proof safety vest for the soon to be gotten City of Fruitland's police dog and for getting small animal oxygen masks for local volunteer fire departments, those goals were reached.
Not only will the safety vest be gotten, but 12 small animal oxygen masks will be able to be purchased!
Walk organizer, Bonnie Garris, did a super job of putting together a great walk, followed by refreshments and doggie games at the Salisbury Maryland Kennel Club Training Center. Special thanks to  SBYNews  for coverage of the event.

My husband walked two of our dogs. They all had a blast. They even saw some of their playmates from their Doggie Daycare class @ Cathy's Pet Salon! We were happy to donate to such a worthy cause! cj
