Walker did not 'strip workers of their rights'. That is a leftist propaganda phrase designed to promote victimhood. Walker asked the union members to pay a bit more of their health care premiums and retirement, and placed some limitations on their ability to bargain over how much taxpayer money they get. They're trying to frame this as a 'civil rights' issue, especially by using phrases like this one.
Scott Walker was elected by the people of Wisconsin to do exactly what he is trying to do. Fix the state's budget and get a handle on spending. The unions have ruined this country and for the most part just steal money from the people they are said to represent. It is about time someone has finally step up to challange this unholy alliance with big government.
Strip the ability of the unions to collective bargain..I'm a small business owner....I will fully take advantage of the loss of the middle class. I was once upper middle class, 140k+....I now struggle. The unions will finally fell my pain.

They are not rights!! it's a privilege that was granted to them. Where does it say that collective bargaining is a right???
