I'm glad to see that Mayor Ireton is taking the right, responsible move to thoroughly test the soils to evaluate any cleanup requirements that may be necessary prior to any moves toward acquiring this property.

This will nail down a real value to the property as well as determine how to handle any deficiencies.

I am sure that Jimbo's buddy Marty will have the MDE tell Jimmy what ever he wants to hear!

Hoping this is workable and the Grace Methodist Church will be given the opportunity to run the Community Center they desire. Joe, would you publish more information on the proposed community center.

Much as I hate to give her credit for anything, you can thank Terry Cohen for any evaluation work with MDE. Jim-Beau was ready to move forward with this long ago without any environmental examination from MDE or EPA.
