Collectively, we sent Mr Harris to reduce federal spending - which he is attempting to do. The bay should be treated as a local problem and fixed by the states that contribute to it's declined state. Maryland has already taken money from its residents - the Bay restoration fee (aka flush tax). Instead of beating up Mr Harris, we should beat up our own governor to use those funds for the purpose actually taken!
