I get my milk at Lous Dicount store in Laurel DE. 50 or 75 cents a half gallon, some times its the fancy organic stuff or lactose free brands. Almost all of it is ultra pasteurized with dates that range up to about 6 weeks in the future. I can't really say much for the other stuff they sell but Ive never bought a bad carton of milk there in over 2 years.
WGMD's Dan Gaffney mentioned this post earlier on his morning show! AND....thanks 11:18 pm and Joe, I have a Happy Harry's right up the street and I need milk. I never think to go there for milk but will today.

when organic goes this low, it will be a big deal, til then, eh.
Humans aren't meant to drink COW'S milk, it's for baby cows.
Besides with all the antibiotics and BGH in it, you'd be crazy to drink the mess anyway.

Wow! That's good to know. The organic milk lasts so much longer. I am gonna check that out. I love my milk!
We drink Great Value brand from Walmart. It has been hormone/steroid free for a couple of years now, at least. I don't mind paying for it.
AND...through Saturday it's on sale @ Happy Harry's for $2.49 :)
