Number Of Breakfasts Given To Md. Students Increases

Public schools in Maryland have increased the number of breakfasts provided to students over the past year, said an Anne Arundel County schools official Tuesday, as a national survey of teachers was released indicating that children regularly come to school hungry.

Here's the solution to this one:

You subtract the actual, non-reduced cost of breakfast that will be provided by schools from the Independence Card balances of the parents of those students coming to school hungry.

The lazy burdens of society ARE NOT STUPID! The parents of these students are trying to double dip and they know it! Why feed their kids in the morning when they can get free breakfast and pocket the savings on their BS of an Independence Card?
