Governments are toppling, buildings are ablaze and protesters are “speak-to-tweeting” their way to freedom…of a sort.

But what about closer to home, back in the belly of the empire? It’s one thing for far-flung outposts to collapse, for the “uncivilized,” “unwashed” masses beyond the gates to storm their capital buildings and raise hell. But surely that couldn’t happen here, could it?

I discontinued my subscription of the DT 4 years ago mainly because of delivery issues. Since then they've gone through a lot of changes and degraded both content and scope. I di, however, read it on line every day and saw that they rolled out a new website format yesterday. Still the same lackluster content but it looks better. I'm thinking that soon they will be a pay site and that will be the end of that.
