Special States Attorney Davis Ruark announced in court today that based on DNA evidence they did find Thomas Leggs semen in Sarah Foxwell's stomach.
Additionally, they also found Sarah Foxwell's DNA on Thomas Leggs boxer shorts.
So far this morning the Judge has once again rejected every motion to remove cell phone and DNA evidence from this trial.

It's a shame that the family had to hear the exact DNA details. It was also unnecessary for the general public to know as well. It would have been sufficient to know that DNA was indeed found, end of story.
Please save the tax payers money and just lynch this peace of crap. I dont know how any attourney could sleep trying to defend this pile of dog crap.

It was US the general public who for countless hours worried about this little girl. We are adults so dont you think we can handle the truth. I think we need to know what this monster did to her.

It is a matter of public record. People definitely need to know the truth. All of it. Sticking your head in the sand will never bring you the facts you need to know exactly how grizzly this crime really was. If you don't want to know the specifics, don't read it. This guy was a world class animal. Take him out back and shoot him.

Lethal injection and the chair are too good for him. I suggest taking him deep into the pocomoke forest, tying him to a tree, drive a large nail thru his genitals, hand him a dull butter knife and leaving him there. Have someone waiting close by to follow him for a bit after he free's himself then put a bullet into his skull.
