Signs affidavit declaring long-form, hospital-generated document absent
Former Hawaii elections clerk Tim Adams has now signed an affidavit swearing he was told by his supervisors in Hawaii that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Barack Obama Jr. in Hawaii and that neither Queens Medical Center nor Kapi'olani Medical Center in Honolulu had any record of Obama having been born in their medical facilities.Adams was employed at the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division from May 2008 through September 2008.
His position was senior elections clerk, overseeing a group of 50 to 60 employees responsible for verifying the identity of voters at the Absentee Ballot Office. It was in this capacity that Adams became aware of the search for Obama's birth-certificate records.
"During the course of my employment," Adams swears in the affidavit (viewable in full as part 1 and part 2), "I became aware that many requests were being made to the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division, the Hawaii Office of Elections, and the Hawaii Department of Health from around the country to obtain a copy of then-Senator Barack Obama's long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate."
As he inquired about the birth certificate, he says, his supervisors told him that the records were not on file at the Hawaii Department of Health.

This should be a dead issue by now. I did not vote for Obama, nor do I plan to vote for him in the future at this time. He is my president and I support him as such. This gives me the right to disagree with him and my goverment. President Obama is the elcted president and confirmed. He has taken the oath of office. Failing a breach of goverment regulations, I do not see him being put out of office or preveventing him to run for reelction if he so desires.
It's not a dead issue because it was never resolved. Not being an american citizen is a breach of government regs. Notably, the constitution.
I'm sure people are tired of hearing about it and I'm equally sure that's what he is hoping so it finally go away. But it will not go away until it is proven one way or another.
He could have ended this dispute long ago but he chose not to. Why?
he's a liar. he knows the truth.
Anybody looking in, like, Kenya? It's probably there.
This issue should have been resolved and proof of citizenship verified before he was eligible to run for office.
He probably does not remember being born. But I agree with most people (that I talk to about this)that he was not born in Hawaii. He is a liar like most politicians. They make promises they can't keep. I have to admit... he has that charismatic charm about him. Kind of like JFK... it probably took him many years to perfect it. It got him where he wanted to go in a very short time. He was elected as the first black president and he will make millions of dollars off of book and speech deals after his illegal term is over. Mission accomplised. Don't underestimate him... he played this con out just right.
Does anybody else think it's strange that this seemingly big news is only mentioned on some random site, "wnd.com" and not any REAL news sources? This website is a tabloid, with all fake news. I mean, the same website has an article claiming
Oprah's half-sister has possession of Obama's birth certificate! This isn't a reliable source of information.

No, I think it is only you and other closed minded people. WMD is hardly a tabloid, which you could discover for yourself if you took the time to research what you are trying to discredit.
I did some of the legwork for you since I'm sure you are much too busy for such trivial things as proof.
One of the over 6,000 results is from an ABC affiliate tv station that interviews the man which WMD reported on. Maybe that will help you.
News media outlets have changed and are continuing to change. And that is a good thing. They don't have the political pressures and influences that main stream media have to contend with.
This site itself is not what you or others would call a REAL news outlet but how many stories has Joe produced that no one else did and they turned out to be true?
Believe what you want but don't try to discredit a source merely because you don't like or agree with what they report. There are ways to verify them.

In direct contradiction of the White House storyline, the former Honolulu elections official who caused a national stir this month when he told WND Barack Obama was “definitely” not born in Hawaii, and that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate even exists for the president in the Aloha State is now reaffirming those claims to a network television affiliate.
Tim Adams, the former senior elections clerk for the city and county of Honolulu was interviewed by Gene Birk of ABC affiliate WBKO-TV in Bowling Green, Ky.

Sorry so long Joe.
Something I don't understand after watching that video was Tim Adams admitted Obama wasn't born on U.S. soil but he was an american citizen.
Which would be true if his parents (both) were U.S. citizens, which I understand is one of the requirements to be eligible for president.
Correct me if I am wrong but both his parents were not U.S. citizens.
And that's enough from me. Let someone else speak.
I agree the issue is not resolved. Congress, state, and local governments should all enact a bill that requires presentation of a valid birth certificate PRIOR TO BEING ABLE TO ENTER INTO THE ELECTED OFFICE THEY ARE RUNNING FOR. It seems to me easy enough to provide at the time they register to run.
