VICTIM: Sue Anna Sullivan age 62 of Delmar, Maryland
Accused: 15 year old of Dagsboro, Delaware
BRIEF RESUME: On above date and time the Salisbury Barrack was contacted by the above victim who had stated that her foster child had assaulted her and held her in the residence against her will. Responding Troopers learned that the 15 year old got into an argument with his foster parent/above victim about him skipping school today. The argument continued and the juvenile assaulted the victim again and refused to let her leave the residence to contact the police. Eventually the victim did get to call 911 and responding Troopers arrested the juvenile. The victim did suffer minor injuries and she refused treatment. Contact was made with a representative from the Department of Juvenile Justice in reference to detaining the juvenile and he was detained at juvenile detention facility.

everytime i read this stuff, and it seems to be more often, it's like a punch to the gut. no restraint, no respect....let's just take out our anger on someone and do what we want. i feel bad for this woman...no good deed goes unpunished.
