Narrative: On 25 September 2010 a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office began an investigation into a theft that occurred in the 1400 block of Camden Avenue. During the incident, a credit card that had been taken was used at a business in Salisbury. We are asking the public’s help in identifying this person of interest seen in these still photos taken from surveillance video.
