Salisbury News Is Here To Help Again This Year

To those Seniors and Handicap individuals who cannot clear their sidewalks, ramps and driveways, Salisbury News along, (once again) with Bruce's Billiards will come to your home at NO CHARGE and clear your pathways.

We will base our snow removal on a first come, first served basis. Please e-mail us your address and telephone number to alberobutzo@wmconnect.com this evening and we will start scheduling each location for first thing tomorrow morning and throughout the day tomorrow. If we happen to be out doing driveways tomorrow you'll need to call me and leave a message on my cell phone along with an address. 410-430-5349.

Please keep in mind, if you have a gravel driveway we cannot clear them. They must be paved.

I didn't know where to post it, but a big thumbs up and thank you to the county plow (on a white pickup truck) that did a tremendous job on our cul-de-sac (White Pond Dr.). He did not plow us in as has been done in the past.

Your help and thoughts are very appreciated. Unlike a red suv, MD tags came though Wood Creek, Delmar to shovel driveways Sunday and stole my shovel from the yard.

Don't forget the handicapped Mr. Taylor! He'll need to get out for food.

How bout a big shout out for the people who are doing this WITHOUT taking any credit for doing it?

Do you know how to adjust your snow thrower? They can be used on gravel drives, if you know what you are doing. I had a stone drive in New England. You need to raise the feet - if it has that feature.

My hubby just dug out the senior across the street so her kids could get to her .... really, really nice of him to think of her after a terribly long day of plowing.
