These morons could killed themselves or put a real rescuer in danger rescuing the deer idiots.

The ticket was stupid but these people risking their own lives for a deer was even dumber.

maybe they should be fined for hunting without a license too

No good deed goes unpunished. Especially if the government has anything to say about it. Imagine the cops around the donut table, talking about their day and one of them tells the story of how he watched two selfless citizens rescue a deer and how, after it was over, he gave them both a ticket!! Imagine the laughter, backslapping and high-fiving as they all enjoyed another great story about how the citizens got what they deserved again as the brave cops "protected and served" some more of us....MORE protection and service. Yup. Thats what we all need and crave.

Yeah yeah yeah.

It wasn't about waiting for a 'REAL' RESCUER whatever the hell that is.

The only issue I see is the officer retaliating for them not OBEYING his precious order to back off.

The guys took action and did a good thing. The little cop just felt that he was disobeyed and made to look bad and this was his way to get even.

He is the moron if you ask me.

But now he is the big man who can brag he issued two tickets to a couple of good Samaritans.

Whoop de doo. And merry xmas.
