Mumbai Case Offers Rare Picture Of Ties Between Pakistan’s Intelligence Service, Militants

Anyone with any sense knows the ISI is deeply involved with Terror groups. That has been known for years, and it's not changing(and yet we still fund their "projects"). Pakistan is part of the problem...we either address them or we need to pull out of Afghanistan. The two go hand in hand.

As in: Was the attack staged by ISI and CIA?

Think about it.
