Don't get your hopes up. The ruling was declarative and not injunctive, which means it will be reviewed either by the appellate court or by the Supreme Court.

I guess they are only activist judges when don't rule your way.
THe only reason you guys are screaming is because someone from the left actually took steps to fix the problem. Had it been a conservative you would be loving the idea. Whats funny is that you are the same people screaming about "moochers" not having insurance but using the services of the emergency room.

The issue at hand is the government over reach forcing citizens to buy health care under the threat of harm which is clearly unconstitutional. You should be concerned because if they can over reach with health care what else can the government do to you.
