MEXICO CITY — The entire police force of a small northern Mexican town quit after gunmen attacked their recently inaugurated headquarters, according to local reports on Wednesday.
Los Ramones Mayor Santos Salinas said nobody was injured in Monday night's attack, during which gunmen fired more than 1,000 bullets at the building's facade, according to Noroeste newspaper's website. Six grenades, of which three detonated, were also flung at the building, the newspaper reported.
"Fortunately, those who were inside the building threw themselves on the ground and nobody was hurt," Salinas told the newspaper.

I just wish the CIA and military would stop bringing drugs into our country. Their actions have created the so called drug cartels who are battling for a piece of the CIA's action.
It is sad. Our government spends our fortunes killing people all around the planet when they could spend a few months killing plants and end all of the drug problems.

Anyone think that LAWS can stop drug use?? LOL! When cops and politicians can take a bribe in amounts equal to two or three times what their annual salary is, well, you got no chance against THAT --- AND the law of supply and demand. Just today, the CHIEF OF POLICE of San Jose, CA, was on TV advocating the LEGALIZATION of marijuana. The chief of police!!! He said teenagers say that pot is easier to get than beer! And there are STILL people who think we can stop it with MORE laws?! LOL!! I guess they are the same people who believe we can VOTE some GOOD and HONEST politicians into office....if so, please wake up now....the dream is over.
Yeah I would not want them to fire back and do their job....
