Seaford-Delaware State Police 20 minutes ago located Sierra M. Fowler of Seaford. Fowler was located by her parents in the area of Herring Run Road and US 13A Seaford, Delaware. Fowler is currently in custody at Delaware State Police Troop 5 facing 1 count of Unauthorized use of a Motor Vehicle.

Seaford-Delaware State Police is seeking the publics help in locating 15 year old Sierra M. Fowler of Seaford, Delaware.

A State Police investigation revealed Fowler removed keys from her parent’s possession this morning and took off in a 1992 bluish/grey Oldsmobile Cutlass 4 door sedan. The Oldsmobile being driven by unlicensed driver Sierra Fowler is displaying Delaware registration CL99433.

Fowler who is now facing an unauthorized use of a Motor Vehicle charge is believed to be in route to the 2800 block of Shaws Corner Road Kenton, Delaware west of Smyrna.
