BRIEF RESUME:
On the above date and time, a trooper stopped a 1997 Ford for a traffic violation. During the course of the traffic stop the trooper learned the driver had provided him with false identification and was placed under arrest. The passenger for the vehicle was found to have an outstanding Circuit Court Warrant out of Worcester County for Assault. A search of the vehicle revealed an amount of suspected Marijuana. The driver and passenger was arrested for the CDS violations and outstanding warrant.
