LOCATION: U.S. Route 13 S/B @ Hampshire Rd Salisbury, Wicomico County, Maryland
BRIEF RESUME:
On 06-30-2010 at approximately 2050 hours, a Trooper from the Salisbury Barrack with the assistance of a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on U.S. Route 13 S/B in the area of Hampshire Road. The trooper had knowledge that the driver, Erica Ann Uff did not have a driver’s license therefore she was placed under arrest. Search incident to arrest revealed suspected CDS. Uff was transported to the Wicomico County Central booking unit for an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.

Erica Ann Uff w/f age 20 of Westover, Maryland
CHARGES:
Driving w/o a license
CDS Possession not Marijuana

10:48... this arrest serves only the arrogant and somewhat incompetent trooper. This arrest costs all hard working, taxpayers. Pot smokers, the very last on a dirty dozen list of serious issues facing this country, do not rape, rob, pillage, or plundder.
