County Election Judges

I don't know if you are aware of it, but the State of Maryland is hiring election judges for the various counties right now. The requirements are minimal-- citizenship, reliability, etc., and a willingness to be present for the entire election day (like 8 AM till the polls close).

If someone has an interest in participating in the election process as an official, they can contact their county election board for more info.

Anyone interested should contact the election board ASAP.

This is a good way to get involved, especially for retired folk.
