What is the actual cost to the city for this award? It is sad that you have to spend money to receive an award. Does anyone really think that being designated as an All American City helps in anyway. When I travel I don't check the web sites for All American Cities before I vacation. Another example of fraud, waste and abuse of tax dollars.

Last night around 2am I was leaving my friends house and going home. I was around the Georgia Ave. area on Riverside Drive and out of no where a naked from the waste up woman comes out of no where. Thinking she had been assaulted I stopped and asked her what happened. Turns out she was cracked out of her mind and looking for her pimp. Needless to say I called the police. What happened after that I can not say, as I was not going to stick around for the pimp to show up.
All America City eh?
