This guy perjured himself on these documents. Call the Comptroller j/k, but someone needs to be called.
One document says Flossie Johnson is the owner and LeFleur is the contractor. Another document says LeFleur is the owner. The dates on the documents don't jive with what he has signed his name to as being truthful. Then he says he is building a single family structure on his building permit. This structure turns out to be a rehab center for 15 people? This guy is a liar and signed his name to these lies.
Bottom line is he lied, he built what he wanted to anyway so let him eat the loss. Why would any neighborhood want a bunch of junkies living next door to them? The zoning is R-5 and he knew it and still he did what he wanted to do thumbing his nose at the zoning board and the laws of this city.
Take the loss LeFleur, you have no one to blame but yourself.
Calll Expert House Movers and move it to a lot where the use is allowed by zoning.
