Considering the person in charge of releasing this information is married to one of the Editors at the Daily Times, rarely does it ever get posted before 11:00 PM. In cases like this one, (which happens often) they WCBOE posted this information after it was too late for the public to view. There is a conflict of interest here, no question about that. Nevertheless, we're sorry, (for those interested) we couldn't deliver this information sooner.

ON AS SCHEDULED: HIGH PERFORMING LEARNERS COMMITTEE MEETING TONIGHT

The Superintendent's Advisory Committee on High Performing Learners will meet as scheduled from 6-8 tonight at the Board of Education. Given the changes in family schedules due to school being closed earlier in the day, it's understandable if some committee members are not able to attend, but it was important to keep the committee moving forward in its work.
