Another heavy snowstorm is in the making for the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast by midweek. Areas that saw heavy snow on Friday and Saturday stand to get another dumping of snow from this next system before Thursday.
Today, the system will begin to come together in the Central U.S. Snow will stretch throughout the Middle and Upper Mississippi Valley as well as in the Northern and Central Plains, with rain in the Lower Mississippi Valley and portions of the Southern Plains. The ?transition zone? (where a mix of precipitation types should occur) will stretch from near Lubbock, Texas, through Oklahoma and northern Arkansas into western and middle Tennessee.
The snow will slowly spread east towards the western Great Lakes and into the Ohio Valley tonight with rain moving into the Deep South tonight. A mix of rain and snow should stretch from western North Carolina through northern Tennessee and southern Kentucky into central Arkansas. Some locally heavy snow should develop during the overnight hours in the Midwest, with locally heavy rain possible in the South. Winds will also begin to increase as low pressure strengthens.

Cabin fever is setting in at my house. I guess we a spoiled like the rest of the country. The beautiful snow has lost its luster.
My back is strained and my thoughts are about fishing. I must be going out of my mind , I told my wife I would love to go to the mall with her!
People who are able need to be out clearing out today before this next storm.
