Who Built This?

Aren't you glad to see new building codes are set to make sure newer facilities can withstand more harsh conditions. I mean, after all, we've come so far over all the years and learned so much, well, need I say more.

It reminds me of the old saying, "They don't build them like they used to."

was there actual structural damage to the roof or is this just the gutter?

By the looks of that I would put on money on the fact that Greg and/or AJ Tucker (formerly known as Tucker Homes) had something to do with it...Boy are they useless, I recall seeing some of their trucks up there when that was being built...They may have been trying their luck with light commercial, everything else they did was complete crap and poor quality! They also owe half of the world too, bankrupt and all!

Minority bid won this building!

I see 2x4's and other things hanging. I would say it was built like crap, but the snow can become very heavy and the weight may have made it come down. I am not a builder so I cant say.

But where's the building inspector with all this "shody" conctruction? Someone had to OK the cert. of occupancy!!

Looks like the Gutter was installed correctly. Facia looks to have needed a few more nails. But one note: Ice and snow are very heavy.
