On January 27, 2010 at 7:00 am, Troopers from the Salisbury Barrack of the Maryland State Police responded to a residence on Connelly Mill Road in Delmar in reference to an assault. Troopers met with a female victim who had obvious physical injuries and was transported to PRMC. Through further investigation, Troopers arrested Reginald Maurice Wallace, 26, of Salisbury with the incident. Wallace is accused of choking the victim and striking her with his fists. Wallace had a knife, a pellet style pistol and a suspected ecstasy pill in his possession. Wallace will be charged with assault 1st and 2nd degree, MDOP, possession of dangerous and deadly weapons, and possession of CDS and transported to the Wicomico County Detention Center for a hearing with a commissioner.
