I think it would be a wonderful thing for her siblings to have a few of the stuffed animals left in memory of Sarah and perhaps the remainder be delivered either to a shelter for abused children/mothers or the local pediatric wing at PRMC.
Joe - Don't suppose there's any way a local contractor or the stadium could put up some sort of temporary shielding today and tomorrow to protect these items from the rain for the next two days? I don't have the necessary materials (like shrink-wrap sheet plastic) or tools to do so, but would like to see the items protected in some fashion. I visited last night and some of the memoriam items are done by her classmates in marker and will run on top of the stuffed animals as well as make the message illegible.
Thanks for keeping us updated on this. Some of us can't get there to see it each day and it's nice to have the updates.
