Incident: Assault
Date of Incident: 9 November 2009
Location: 500 block of S. Main Street, Hebron, MD
Suspect: Todd G. Dudek, 47, Hebron, MD
Narrative: On 9 November 2009 at 7:22 PM, a deputy from the WCSO responded to a residence in the 500 block of S. Main Street for a reported altercation that occurred inside the residence. Upon arrival, the deputy met with a female victim who advised that she had been assaulted by a male suspect, Todd Dudek, whom the victim resides with. During the investigation, the deputy observed signs of injury that corroborated the victim’s account.
The investigating deputy placed Dudek under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, Dudek was released by the Commissioner on Personal recognizance.
Charges: Assault 2nd degree

I am a resident of the same town as Todd, and I met him about a year and a half ago. He is an excellent father to his kids. He is one of the nicer people that I have met. Don't be so quick to judge him, everyone can make a mistake.

There's two sides to every story, from what I hear, she is the one that should have been locked up, she's crazy and I saw him today and he looked bad, and he didn't touch her, she cut herself so she wouldn't go to jail
