Incident: Motor Vehicle Accident

Suspect: Rossie Drew Winder, 46, Mardela Springs, MD
Narrative: On 9 November 2009 at 7:22 AM deputies from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s responded to investigate a Motor Vehicle Accident that involved a Wicomico County School bus and a Dodge Pick-up truck. At the time of the accident, nine children were being transported on the bus on its way to Mardela Middle School. No serious injuries were reported as a result of the accident, but two students, the bus driver and the passenger of the truck were transported to PRMC for evaluation.
Investigation revealed the Dodge Pick up truck struck the bus in the rear as the bus pulled away from picking up a child; consequently the operator of the Dodge Pick-Up truck was determined to be at fault. The operator, Rossie Winder was cited.

Driving Vehicle in excess of reasonable and prudent speed
Failure to Control Speed to Avoid a Collision

driving veh in excess of reasonable and prudent speed will not fly in court. Cant prove the excess of speed unless you bring in a crash reconstruction expart. It just looks good to see more charges. Failure to control speed to avoid a collision yeah.
