Salisbury Police Department Press Releases
On November 10, 2009 at approximately 10:51 am, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the PNC Bank at North Salisbury Boulevard and Columbia Drive for the report of a robbery. Upon arrival the officers met with bank employees who advised that the bank had been robbed by a single white male suspect. The employees advised that the suspect entered the bank and approached one of the tellers. The suspect passed a note to the teller indicating that he was armed and was given an amount of U.S. Currency. The suspect did not display a weapon and there were no injuries. The suspect fled from the bank on foot and entered a silver Chrysler Sebring with unknown Delaware registration. The vehicle was occupied by a second white male in the driver’s position. The vehicle then fled north on Rt. 13.
Due to similarities with a robbery at the PNC Bank on Snow Hill Road, Detectives immediately made contact with members of the Wicomico Bureau of Investigation (Maryland State Police, Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office). Detectives from WBI responded to the scene to assist with the investigation and utilizing intelligence information provided by WBI detectives, the below listed individual was developed as a suspect. WBI and Salisbury detectives, with the assistance of the Delmar Police Department and the Delaware State Police were able to locate the suspect who was subsequently arrested by the Delaware State Police on unrelated charges. A search and seizure warrant was executed on the suspect’s residence in Delmar and resulted in the recovery of a large amount of evidence to include clothing, the robbery note and a large percentage of the stolen U.S. Currency. The suspect has been charged with this robbery, and will be charged with the robbery of the PNC Bank on Snow Hill Road and the robbery of the Wilmington Trust in Delmar. Downed Power Line Tips
Maintain a distance of at least ten (10) feet from downed wires and anything that they are in contact with, including puddles of water and fences. After a storm, be especially cautious around metal fences.
Do not drive over downed power lines. Even if the lines are not energized, the lines could get entangled in your vehicle causing further damage.
If a fallen wire is draped over a car, do not approach the car and make a reckless rescue attempt. Remain a safe distance away, try to keep the occupant of the vehicle calm, and wait for emergency personnel to handle the situation.
If you are in a situation where power lines are touching your car, do not get of your car unless it is on fire. It is best to wait for an emergency response professional to help you. If you must get out of the car because of fire or another immediate life-threatening situation, use extreme caution. Leap far and free of the vehicle, with no part of your body or clothing touching the vehicle and the ground at the same time. Then shuffle away from the car, keeping both feet close together to minimize the path of electric current and avoid electric shock.
Flooding Tips
Do not walk or drive into flooded areas. Even if flood waters are below the knees one needs to use extreme caution. A mere 6” of water can pose a danger to someone on foot and a vehicle may be swept up in just 24” of water.
Salisbury residents are asked to assist by calling the Salisbury Police Department in the event that flooding, downed power lines, or debris in the roadway are observed and are asked not to approach.

Zulinski - you sure are a dumbazz. Why in the world would you hang on to the "note" you used in the roberry. That is what makes us honest, law abiding citizens laugh our azzes off at poor, pitiful criminals such as yourself. Hopefully you will learn a trade in prison that will benefit you when you get out in 10-20 years. In the meantime, we will continue to enjoy home grilled steaks, cold beer, lovemaking to women (know what I mean, Bubba), relaxing at the beach, taking nice PRIVATE hot showers, sleeping well everynight. Hope you enjoy your life you bum.
