Little Sprouts And Tumbleweeds Offers Gymnastic Fun For Your Child

(Salisbury, MD) Help your child develop balance, flexibility and coordination through Wicomico Recreation’s Little Sprouts and Tumbleweeds Gymnastic programs designed specifically for children 1 ½ to 5 years of age. These gymnastic programs are designed as a learning adventure for children and provide a great experience for parents to share with their own little sprouts and tumbleweeds.

Both Little Sprouts and Tumbleweeds will take place at the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center on Wednesdays. The seven week sessions will run from December 2 through January 27 (no class on December 23). Tumbleweeds, is a fun-filled movement class for three to five year olds and will take place from 9:15am to 10:00am. Little Sprouts, for children one and a half to two and a half, will immediately follow Tumbleweeds from 10:00am to 10:45am.

Taught by Mid-coast Gymnastic Studio, your child will have fun tumbling and rolling while following directions. Children will learn and develop balance, flexibility, coordination, social and motor skills through various activities. Parents are required to stay throughout the session. The cost to participate is $59 per child.
